what do you have in mind?
 
intermittent fasting, calorie deficit, no sugar/fastfood, and cardio ez
 
It is all about eating less than your body burns if you eat alot of cancer but are still in a deficit you Lose fat but you Will feel like shit and burn more muscle so keep sticking to a high protein diet :)

cut carbs
do cardio thrice a week
muscle building thrice a week
maintain a calorie deficit
eat 500-1000 calorie less than your maintenance calories

Tbh take adderal or Ritalin or any adhd medication it curbs your hunger cravings
 
Stop eating carbs and drink a lot of tea because thats a good fat burner.

use myfitnesspal to see how much your eating. then calculate your caloric deficit,

being consistent even through cravings. drink lots of water throughout the day to suppress your appetite with proteins fibers in your diet. key is suppressing that insane addiction we call food and being consistent day to day, month to month

cardio will help you lose weight very fast. Anybody can go running or ride a bike. If you stop eating crap with simple carbs like junk food and white bread and soda and start eating decent you will lose weight and you will feel full after eating less calories.

there is no secret or easy method you just have to suffer. Anything good requires suffering. If you want to lose weight you have to be hungry and wear yourself out exercising. Get ready for the suffering, son

Best way I did was intermittent fasting. Lost a good amount of weight and that's what I'm doing now. Works good and isn't that difficult tbh. I just wish gyms were open because I fucking hate cardio and bodyweight exercises
 
Caloric deficit. There is no other way to put it.

That's the only way you can lose weight.

Determine your daily caloric needs by searching online and then deduct approx 500 calories from that, and you will gradually lose weight. Make sure you still meet all your micro and macro nutrients requirements daily.
