Hello, I need ways to rise my gh, igf-1, and test so I can get the most out of development. Also tell me what things can lower these. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

just be healthy eat in a slight surplus take ur multivitamins sunlight and sleep 10h thats basically it

Someone says inject Igf-1 lr3 and HGH and you tell him that you want something natural.
After that someone gives a natural "way" advice but you get mad.

Wtf do you want. Nothing on your body is going to change without injections, the only thing you can do is sleep a lot and better 9-12 hours, drink a lot o milk, diet of mostly protein and do any sport that involves jumping or sprinting.

That´s it.

Didn’t say anything natural but okay, this thread is pretty old too? Also, theres a lot of things you can do as I’ve advanced more into BP. Thanks for trying to help though, even if it was aggressive.

tf you mean max that out when you start pinning? your legit pinning it why worry about maxing it out with diet :forcedsmile: and the liver is the one that converts into IGF-1 i dont think you can really improve the conversion.

i would just assume if i have my diet primed for igf and gh production alongside the pinning i would have 10x the chance of being rank 1 chad 🤔 also clarify more with the liver argument boss
