bichectomia: how much the surgeon should remove?

ok i want to looksmax and despite being a skeleton ; 1m88 for 65 kg i have chubby cheek
i have read mixed review on bichectomia ( increase aging etc), but i am willing to take the risk
here in france surgeon are not good but its cheap ( 1000 euros ), i saw the surgeon was doing 8 ml removal bichectomia ( which is huge apparently)
is it better to do a more conservative removal? or remove the whole thing ? thanks

100% or nothing. Never seen partial removal that looks good.

there are so many testimonies of people going through buccal fat removal and hating the results one year later.

i remember someone went through it on this forum, can't find the thread though.

thanks bro, i am already an oldcel 30 yo, and i have nasolabial fold, does buccal fat removal make it worse? on the net some doctor say it improves it and some it worsen it
