If I don’t eat at or close to my maintenance I get mega insomnia. If I’m even slightly hungry it can keep me up for hours until I cave in and pig out. I’d rather lose a day of caloric deficit than a night of sleep.
Makes it hard af to stay consistent with weight loss. It’s like my body is refusing to let me drop weight even tho I’m still around 15%. I carry a lot of fat in my face like a subhuman. I think I’d benefit a lot from dropping another ten pounds.
For a sleep supplement I take gorilla dream by MPMD but that doesn’t cut it if I’m hungry. Even when I was on ambien I’d sometimes fall asleep and then wake up hungry early in the morning.
Does anyone else experience this or have suggestions?
