hello. ive replied to you already on private inbox already. my gums are absolutely fine. in fact i would say i am super religious about my dental care and my see my dentist 3 times a year. so plz stop this nonsence about my gums. im seeing alot of patient blaming here/deflection. and thats fine. there are alot of things that are beyond the patient and on the surgeon/designer. if that helps you sleep at night knowing your lord saviour giant has a clean track record then i aint stopping you. you also all are fixated on the jaw. understandable but lets not forgot about the massive fuckup on the cheeks. aesthetically ad surgicaly. they were bad. beyond the patient, there are issues relating to consultaion, designing, executtion, sterility, post op care, the lying, the lack of cummunication relating to the revision, empty promises, the mind games, gaslighting, financial cost etc. all the hallmarks of giant. some things even his very own surgeon agreed on. and lets not forget, leaving me stranded in anoher country costing me thousands more. (no excuses no matter what). until youve gone through it all yourself, the lens you see things from is very narrow.I agree.
and... I'm constantly requesting gum pictures because I suspect he doesn't have healthy periodontal tissue, which significantly influences surgical outcomes and increases the risk of infections.
Moreover, Giant's implants are the best in terms of shape. Unlike polyethylene and silicone implants, which only look good in the mandible and chin (when properly placed), all patients who chose Giant's implants achieved good anatomical outcomes.
Even he(pat) developed an infection. The side where there was no infection is excellent, as are the implants in the maxilla.
