Boxing could potentially be a way for skinny wrist bros to improve their situation. Just punching a boxing bag for 30 minutes a day could provide the necessary stimulation for the bones in the wrists hands to strengthen and possibly thicken provided you take the right supplements. In addition to this, it takes care of daily cardio requirements to lose body fat.

Not sure how much it will improve wrist circumference, but punching a boxing bag is one of my favorite cardio activities. Do recommend.

My right wrist is 2 cm thicker because of that.

If u have small wrists the the chance that your punching power is trash is pretty high
