Last month i posted how my ex broke up with me and first it didnt bother me too much but now i am back at major depression. Being in this relationship was the only time in my life where i really felt wanted, appreciated and happy. It felt so good to cuddle, spend time and kiss and even though she wasnt the most talkative foid and was probably on the spectrum i still loved her.

Now 1 month after break up i'm back at excessive porn consumption, writing with NSFW Ai Chatbots and cooming 3-4 times on average per day and started to eat even more goyslop. At least weed cant breakup with me

It may be over but she will always from now until death be apart of you; nothing you can do about it she’s gone, and most importantly TRY to never get her back; fill your time with something you love, do things you wouldn’t usually do, and try lots of new things. It will take you at least 3-6 years and even then you won’t fully stop thinking about her she’s just subsided in your subconscious. TLDR don’t date anyone else rn, but do things you wanna do, and give it time. You got this, One day at a time!!!
