So i am 14 years old and at around last year i started my fat loss journey from 90 kg and i cutted down to 72kg but i didnt eat much protein at all or did strength training and now i am skinny fat with 75kg and im around 182cm with low muscle mass and i do not know if i should cut or bulk. And i forgot to mention I am around 20% bodyfat so yeah im now in this hellfire.
