Ingredients
β’200ml oats
β’2 raw eggs (uk so safe)
β’2 tbsp moringa powder (nutrient dense)
β’1-2 banana
β’2 tbsp olive oil (extremely high calorie)
β’1 scoop peanut butter
β’mixed berries (flavour, optional)
β’1scoop protein powder 24g (optional)
β’ fill with whole milk.
Add other supplements if you wish
Once done snake, blend and refrigerate.
Accommodate to your shaker size
Do Not drink this daily! 2-3x weekly at most
