Bulking shake that helped me gain weight [Simple, 𝕃𝕠𝕨 effort]

Ingredients
β€’200ml oats
β€’2 raw eggs (uk so safe)
β€’2 tbsp moringa powder (nutrient dense)
β€’1-2 banana
β€’2 tbsp olive oil (extremely high calorie)
β€’1 scoop peanut butter
β€’mixed berries (flavour, optional)
β€’1scoop protein powder 24g (optional)
β€’ fill with whole milk.

Add other supplements if you wish

Once done snake, blend and refrigerate.

Accommodate to your shaker size

Do Not drink this daily! 2-3x weekly at most

should I gain weight if I'm 5,10 145lbs 19 percent bodyfat
Depends on age tbh, either way 145 is pretty light so you should probably try and gain
 
Ideal range is pretty similar about 12-18%, but at 16 depending on how far along in development you are you should start aiming to get leaner

if you eat the best you can you don't need to but if you love your slop you should go on a deficit
so I'ma do a 200-300 calorie deficit, then when I reach 15 percent I'ma do maintence then slurplus for abit, I will be on test so fat gain will be very minimal
