I saw a guy with eyes asymmetries operated by him with OBO and it genuinely was a perfect exectured surgery. The guy had his asymmetry fixed with no trade offs whatsoever.

Them being blackpilled is kinda bs you gotta consult multiple surgeons and find what you need and input that to your surgeon.
