can 1 tooth be the reason for my crossbite?

i have a crossbite(i think?) and because of 1 crooked little shit tooth my lower molars and upper molars are not in line.

its rly this one tooth blocking my upper teeth to be in line with the upper ones.
will i get braces for this or can they just grind down the tooth?

and yes i know that my palate is small
my lips are alwaye asymmetrical cuz of this shit

Got the same problem although it's my upper canine tooth which doesn't let me bite properly causing my lower jaw to shift to the right to properly close and cause a midline misalignment, EXACTLY like this guy.

Are you sure you have a crossbite or a misalignment, or both?
