I've got a deviated septum and I wonder if any of you has ever had his septum corrected. If so, did it change the outer appearence of your nose ?

Only if combined with rhinoplasty. Septoplasty by itself, no.

I've had septoplasty 2 weeks ago, it doesn't change nose aesthetics unless your septum was super deformed to begin with
