Can a wrap around jaw build up jaw angles / width permanently?

My current lower third looks kinda like the legendary StudyHacks pre fillers. In September I'm getting a sliding genio but I haven't thought about jaw augmentation yet. Most implants I see improve subliminal but don't increase frontal width. My surgeon also proposed fillers but they don't last permanently.

Anymore knows better about it?
