Do you do red light therapy with tret as well?
He's bullshitting jfl. Blue light is a fraction of sunlight. It's ok as long as you aren't getting direct sunlight for a decent period of time

Haha OK that's even better to know because that's actually good news. Makes sense to me. I found nothing about it being harmful when googling "retinol blue light".
 
Applying retinoid 1 hour before bedtime is good enough.

It's better to apply it right before bed

But going outside at night won't be as harmful as going in the day👍
