Can Mk677 make your midface horse-tier?

I'm saving up for Mk for the gym(probably can buy it in about 5-6 months) and the general frammaxxing, however, I already have a kinda long midface and am worried about it's gonna make my face lose its prettyboy features. I know you have to abuse HGH for years to have a drastic change, but considering I'm still 19 and my bones haven't fused yet, it makes my high inhib side take control.

not too protruding browridge, narrow nose, not too long of a face etc

Also careful with mixing mk677 and anything that can make you pee a lot. After I took adderall for 3 days I had to quit taking MK because I got a UTI jfl.

Could just be puberty. Also if your face also grew horizontally it means your perceived midface length didn't change at all.

Mk677 is too weak to make you horse face. You’d only get that if you had acromegaly.
