Can muscle still be built effectively on low carb diet with Test?

Does doing lower carb diet (less than 30-40g) while on Testosterone negatively effect how much muscle you build?

I’m currently on 600mg Testosterone a week

Personally I feel worse on high carb diet, more crashing during the day, bloated, less sharp etc. I’m not posting to demonise carbs, if you work well with carbs, good, continue.

I’m asking here a not some bodybuilding forum to not get responses from bloated meatballs who think their 500g carbs and 40g fat diet is ideal.

yea cause u have more energy during training

i notice a huge difference

i u eat good carbs u shouldnt feel bloated and bad

is this the only reason?
i’ve been on low carb for ages so can easily be fat adapted. my lifts never suffered.
depends probably on muscle amount and how hard u train

but semi keto does work

arnold did also high fat high protein
