Can my philtrum be ‘stretched back to normal?’

My philtrum got bigger and swollen in end 2018, it was probably due to putting a clothespin on it for sole night to stretch my fucking naso folds (dumbest idea ever)
Or maybe from filler migration into that area

If I smile, my philtrum looks fine. Something like mouth stretching could help or not? It looks so bad

Walk around with a little smile all the time I guess as that does make it look like a normal philtrum.

Looks pretty much the same in the before and after, just keep a big smile on your face all the time and you should be fine...
