Can somebody help me interpret GEDmatch results ?

So I get 50% Caucasian Hunter Gatherer , and 15% European Hunter Gatherer , and 20% Anatolian Farmer admixture. This is all ancient DNA. Then all of this , means that 50% of my genome can be traced back to Caucasian Hunter Gatherers , 20% to Anatolian farmers and so on ?
Ngl , at first I thought that 50% was low and 20% too high, but then saw that most Europeans get well over 20% and below 50% WHG , and thought that this is pretty decent result

The Asian component I know where it comes from. My dad's side , had one nogai woman , and nogai is a turkic tribe.

I wanted to know , if the % means , that the autosomal DNA can be traced down to some specific groups of that time in that exact % ? Or is the % representative of amount of generically similarity I share with a certain group ?

My understanding is that it's the % of your DNA shared with the samples they have from those groups.

Oh , so the first variant. Interesting , even after all these thousand years , I still share something with these ancient people (well actually everyone does)
