Can someone explain to me in layman’s terms the difference between finasteride and dustaride?

Simple explanation will do dont need a scientific paper
 
Finasteride is like arimidex
Dutasteride is like letrozole

But in terms of blocking the conversion of testosterone to dht instead of the conversion to estrogen.

Dutasteride inhibits all 3 forms of the enzyme responsible for making dht, Finasteride only inhibits 2/3.

The first part was layman's terms. He's a roidcel so is familiar with adex and letro. The second part isn't hard to grasp either.
