Can someone give me a full guide for growth in the lower third especially mandible.

My lower third is slightly recessed, but I'm 15 so still have a chance.

Androgens can help with dimorphism; although, any main flaws in the lower third should be fixed via surgery.

Low E2 is associated with longer mandible length if you are willing to go that route.
