Can sprints actually increase facial bone mass through increased IGF and GH production during puberty?

I saw this on another blog, but I’m not sure if it’s true. It actually makes sense, but it seems like this increase in bone mass is very small. Does anyone have any idea?

they say it helps with the bloat
debloated=bones are more visual

if its free to do, you genuinely have nothing to lose by doing it. Maybe a little time.

There's 0 evidence on the claims of many of these "methods".

I say it's cope. But hey, if it costs you literally nothing, and u wanna buy into that cope I'd say try it. Sprinting is good for you anyways.

Won't do anything for bones it'll just debloat u and lose bf which will make ur bones pop out more

Dropping the fork does that not sprints and if anything sprints bloat you more and the gh spike isn’t even that high to cause any facial changes

I agree on the GH spike that won't do shit and but sprinting will only bloat for a few hours and will help so don't be a lazy ass nigga and watch TV all day walking can also help

Jfl sprinting does increase gh but only temporarily not enough to increase height or any noticeable gains, also it can increase cortisol which may inhibit progress. There is no evidence and will make you look retarded
