I saw this on another blog, but I’m not sure if it’s true. It actually makes sense, but it seems like this increase in bone mass is very small. Does anyone have any idea?

Dropping the fork does that not sprints and if anything sprints bloat you more and the gh spike isn’t even that high to cause any facial changesWon't do anything for bones it'll just debloat u and lose bf which will make ur bones pop out more
