Can sprints actually increase facial bone mass through increased IGF and GH production during puberty?

I saw this on another blog, but I’m not sure if it’s true. It actually makes sense, but it seems like this increase in bone mass is very small. Does anyone have any idea?

they say it helps with the bloat
debloated=bones are more visual

idk thats what im thinking rn, let me know if it actually helps long term

No. But...

if its free to do, you genuinely have nothing to lose by doing it. Maybe a little time.

There's 0 evidence on the claims of many of these "methods".

I say it's cope. But hey, if it costs you literally nothing, and u wanna buy into that cope I'd say try it. Sprinting is good for you anyways.
