Look at the genio cut here, it adds height and projects the chin while also slightly widening it
You can achieve a desired shape and fix recession with just a genio. The genio I showed you is just one example but it can be changed depending on what you need more of
Osteotomies are always better than implants. You can't predict how your soft tissues will accomodate the implant. A genio can add vertical and sliding movements.

I advise jaw fat grafting in place of the classical jaw implant because jaw implants fuck up the masseter with no exception

bsso or 10mm genio are the way. Surgery can ascend you if you don't have pretty bad failos like ipd-es ratio or bad midface and philtrum. The main purpose should be to fix failos and don't create halos

Yeah, many just have ok maxillas with recessed mandible, there's no reason to dogmaxx yourself just for a maxilla that is more forward grown for like 3mm max(jfl), and this surgery also destroy your cheekbones, not a big deal. Not even talking about some results post op, many guys literally descended. Softmaxxing+ implants, genio/bsso/ rhino and fat grafts are the way to go. Fillers will ascend you only for a small time, they'll make you bloated some weeks after the injections, unfortunately this is why implants are superior to them.
We have niggas in this thread calling implants and bimax cope and instead suggesting fillers and fat grafts(for jaw angles??????)
