I'm currently running an upper/lower split , 7 times a week
recently, I have been noticing many users saying they hit shoulders(lateral raises) every day, one of my gym trainers also said he did abs everyday
I found this strange , since generally they say you shouldn't hit the same muscle group everyday , but the consensus is that some muscle groups recover faster than others
Is this true ? can/should we hit shoulders/abs everyday ?
