Can you get canthoplasty before orbital decompression

Is this possible or will the result of canthoplasty be messed up if you get orbital decompression after?
I know orbital decompression should come first ideally but I'm trying to plan my surgery journey in a realistic and money efficient way. If after canthoplasty you realise your eyes are still too shallow set then can you do orbital decompression.

cause the eyelids will get affected from the eye getting pushed back further into the socket
