Yes, and it will also tell you how much growth you may or may not have left. I don't really have any guides for it, but really anything that involves normal leg/calf stretches will help you along with LSJL like I said.

Are you long in your torso or your legs? Cause this might just work for the former, otherwise idk. These clamp devices are wierd looking too but anything works i'm guessing. You look into it.

Maybe if your can put the talus of your foot on the sides whilst shifting the device higher so you hang off it will stretch your whole body.

You could pull your legs in and out from your thigh into your body so your entire lower body gets pushed by gravity downwards on top of already falling back. Makes sense?

I'm 5'9 too. I just wear tall shoes that hype my height upto 5'10. I live in curryland so I heightmog most people by 2-3 inches. It makes me feel good about myself til I come home and hear girls online shame men for being 5'9.
