Yes, and it will also tell you how much growth you may or may not have left. I don't really have any guides for it, but really anything that involves normal leg/calf stretches will help you along with LSJL like I said.Tell me more about joint cracking. U sure it helps?

Are you long in your torso or your legs? Cause this might just work for the former, otherwise idk. These clamp devices are wierd looking too but anything works i'm guessing. You look into it.
