Yo guys, i am uncogn, I have some questions about cardio, such as: How many minutes of cardio should I do per day to debloat? How can I quickly reduce my body fat, etc... I also welcome tips!!
I am 1.63 meters tall, weigh 47.60 kg, and am 14 years old
 
47kg?? debloat?? ur literally disappearing

Cardio doesn't debloat. It may reduce Body fat percentage which may help slightly with losing facial fat, however, fat pads are somewhat genetic. Additionally, it wont fix bloat, bloat is inflammation and water that is usually due to stress or a bad diet such as high intake of sodium, as sodium makes you retain more water since there is more sodium in the blood; this is called water retention.

Realistically there is not quick method to reduce body fat, you need discipline and training with consistency, unless you take performance enhancing drugs instead.

15 min a day is enough, do not go jogging holy cortisol

I have an exercise bike at home, so is 15 minutes of pedaling enough? I was pedaling for 40 minutes... 😳🫩
yes it is enough but you can still do 40, 15 min cardio a day is just the bare min.
