If you ever had any orthodontics (Elastics/Retainer/Headgear specifically) then be very careful with it, any sort of mouth breathing as well cause I think it's mostly just people who didn't reach their full maxilla/mandible genetic potential that are at risk
Like when I jut my jaw I can open my mouth all the way without a single click (I had an overbite and rubber bands/retainer which set my mandible back relative to my maxilla)
Thank God mine is minor though, but I had a friend who told me he tried chewing hard stuff and his is worse, always has a slight amount of pain in his jaw, he is a recessed victim of orthodontics as well
