How ofted do i have to do chin tucks for max results? Like reps, amount in day, amount in week, and also duration

it's pretty much the same as other muscle growth, just do 2 sets to complete failure every other day or so and at the end make sure you focus more on slow reps

it will definitely help with neck posture if you have bad posture

don’t overthink it do 10–15 chin tucks, 2–3 sets 2–3 times a day 5–6 days a week. hold each 5–10 seconds stop being lazy fix your posture all day too (yes i just wrote this even tho a fucking child could figure it out:lul:)
