If some minor signs a contract and then other person go to a third party and try to enforce it, it gets denied because they supposedly can’t consent. But there is no criminal offense.

If some minor fucks and then goes to a court and says they were underage, then criminal offenses are charged.

Big difference between not being legally responsible for your incompetence vs someone else being criminally responsible for your incompetence.
