Concerns about SAM-e (heightmaxxing, pubertymaxxing, height)

Im gonna use it as part of my stack for DNA Methylation for height purposes but I find in a study that Excess SAM-e inhibits DNA Methylation which is the opposite of what we want.
Then, the study says that by « excess » they meant more than 1Mm/L of exogenous SAM-e, I asked AI whatever that meant and it said it’s 0.399g/L so around 40mg, yet all supplements of SAMe give at least 200mg and most heightstacks recommend fricking 1500mg per day.
That’s why I made this post, please tell me if I got something wrong, if it’s actually safe or… if I’m right..

I don’t really have one yet, it’s getting delivered soon, (chondroitin, MSM, glucosamine, SAM-e) rn I just use 50mg Zinc before bed praying that it inhibits aromatase (I’m poor) when I turn 16 in a month I’ll be able to work and buy an actual AI and HGH and make a real stack

If you decide to use it, make sure you are supplementing its co-factor nutrients: methylfolate, Methyl B12, and B6 (P5P). These nutrients are important for the methylation cycle in general.

For preventing over-methylation (which is bound to happen at some point when you supplement methyl donors but not in the way you mentioned), you need to make sure your glycine buffer system is working: vitamin A, Adequate glycine, iron, riboflavin, and folate are needed. This will also help to store excess methyl groups & retrieve them when you need them.

i dont want to alter nun, "growth plate senescense is associated with loss of DNA methylation" = gain back DNA methylation = no more growth plate senescence (or possibly reverse it, we don't know yet)

you shouldn’t do this as you’ll probably force your body into a hypermethylated state. It also will not be effective enough, if it were, then it would be used for treating idiopathic short stature.

My supplement has 200mg of SAMe per capsule so it should be fine

bump. i have now bought 200mg SAM-e and still don't know the right dose for DNA Methylation + still no high iq reply
