so im 16 and ive noticed something about the ppl at my school. its that the most intelligent, confident, sociable, etc people all have good normal jaw development, whereas the dumb/weird/introverted ones generally are recessed. when i say intelligence i mean both in the sense of academic performance and general skill at life, socialising etc. i know i might be biased but i have really considered it and found very few exceptions to the rule.
then i realised, there must be something that all the "normal" kids have in common, and it must have something to do with healthy jaw development. my theory is that their lifestyles as children, during the crucial stages of brain development and jaw growth, were generally better and more natural-oriented, with specifically the following aspects:
in conclusion, dont buy ur kids any form of electronic device, dont feed them processed shit, and teach them basic healthy habits.
idk what the point of this post was, its mostly common knowledge on this forum by now. ig im just ranting at the stupidity of some parents nowadays. i myself have a severely recessed maxilla thanks to the horrific lifestyle my poorly-masking autistic parents forced on me. istg if i ever have kids theyre not even gonna know what an ipad or a chocolate bar is.

- much less electronics use, more time spent outdoors - better physical health and posture, allowing "natural mewing" - also less brainrot from devices
- more social interaction in daily/home life - eg. family dinners, where social conformity encourages proper sitting and chewing/swallowing posture, as well as better psychosocial development
- better diets, more natural and harder foods, less processed junk - chewing hard foods is commonly claimed to facilitate proper jaw and tooth alignment - on top of that, this study recently came out which found that hard chewing can positively affect brain function
- etc
