Here's my almost final routine, critique it without trolling.
Feel free to let me know what you'd add/remove and especially WHY.
Full routine:
• Wake up at 08:00 AM, no phone usage
• Wash face
• Personal stretching routine
• Have a teaspoon of olive oil
• Go outside and look at the sky for 5-15 mins + sunlight
• Drink ~400ml water with Athletic Greens
Along with the drink, these pills:
Omega-3 - 1000mg (180mg EPA & 120mg DHA)
Vitamin D - 4000 UI
Extra 50mg of Zinc
Extra 5000mcg of Biotin
Extra 15mg of Beta-carotene
• 1 mile (1.5km) treadmill run
• Eat 5 hard-boiled eggs
• Meditate 15~ mins
• Journaling
• Work
• Take Gorilla Mode Pre-workout 12:15 PM
• Workout (Arnold split) at 13:00 PM
• Shower (Still didn't find a good & healthy shampoo or shower gel)
• Brush teeth with organic tea tree mint & aloe vera toothpaste (no fluoride)
• Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein after workout
• Apply topical Minoxidil (Rogaine) on the beard
• Work until 19:30 PM
• f.lux on PC and iPhone blue light filters activate at this point
• Eat high protein, high-fat meal around 21:00 PM
Along with the meal, these pills:
Magnesium 400mg
Omega-3 - 1000mg (180mg EPA & 120mg DHA)
Garlic 200mg
• Do whatever the fuck I want until 23:30, then sleep
If, for some reason, sleep is broken:
Sublingual spray with Melatonin, CBD & L-theanine
• Rinse and repeat
Notes:
• Currently cycling the pre-workout in the routine because of the stims in it (one week off every month while still taking creatine separately)
• Using Crest 3D Whitestrips 14 days per year to keep teeth white
• Aiming for 1 gallon (3.5 liters) of water intake daily
• Using a perfect water filtration system (multiple filters & osmosis, etc.)
• Only drinking from my borosilicate glass bottle (avoiding plastics)
• Facial hair grooming on Mondays and Thursdays
• Haircut every 14 days
• I never drink alcohol
• I never masturbate or watch porn
Currently questioning:
• Glucosamine 1000mg to help with wrist issues, but don't know if effective
• MSM 1000mg to help with wrist issues, but don't know if effective
• Echinacea Extract 500mg to use when sick but haven't been sick in 10 years, so I don't know if effective
• Ashwagandha KSM-66 - 600mg was tried, but anhedonia was too intense to continue
• Solgar Formula VM-2000 has tons of micronutrients and is very complex, but I need to calculate if needed
• Modafinil on heavy workload days
• Shower head filter, haven't looked enough into this
• Contemplating this for skincare routine
