Here's my almost final routine, critique it without trolling.
Feel free to let me know what you'd add/remove and especially WHY.


Full routine:


• Wake up at 08:00 AM, no phone usage

• Wash face

• Personal stretching routine

• Have a teaspoon of olive oil

• Go outside and look at the sky for 5-15 mins + sunlight

• Drink ~400ml water with Athletic Greens
Along with the drink, these pills:
Omega-3 - 1000mg (180mg EPA & 120mg DHA)
Vitamin D - 4000 UI
Extra 50mg of Zinc
Extra 5000mcg of Biotin
Extra 15mg of Beta-carotene

• 1 mile (1.5km) treadmill run

• Eat 5 hard-boiled eggs

• Meditate 15~ mins

• Journaling

• Work

• Take Gorilla Mode Pre-workout 12:15 PM

• Workout (Arnold split) at 13:00 PM

• Shower (Still didn't find a good & healthy shampoo or shower gel)

• Brush teeth with organic tea tree mint & aloe vera toothpaste (no fluoride)

• Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein after workout

• Apply topical Minoxidil (Rogaine) on the beard

• Work until 19:30 PM

• f.lux on PC and iPhone blue light filters activate at this point

• Eat high protein, high-fat meal around 21:00 PM
Along with the meal, these pills:
Magnesium 400mg
Omega-3 - 1000mg (180mg EPA & 120mg DHA)
Garlic 200mg

• Do whatever the fuck I want until 23:30, then sleep
If, for some reason, sleep is broken:
Sublingual spray with Melatonin, CBD & L-theanine

• Rinse and repeat



Notes:
• Currently cycling the pre-workout in the routine because of the stims in it (one week off every month while still taking creatine separately)
• Using Crest 3D Whitestrips 14 days per year to keep teeth white
• Aiming for 1 gallon (3.5 liters) of water intake daily
• Using a perfect water filtration system (multiple filters & osmosis, etc.)
• Only drinking from my borosilicate glass bottle (avoiding plastics)
• Facial hair grooming on Mondays and Thursdays
• Haircut every 14 days
• I never drink alcohol
• I never masturbate or watch porn


Currently questioning:
• Glucosamine 1000mg to help with wrist issues, but don't know if effective
• MSM 1000mg to help with wrist issues, but don't know if effective
• Echinacea Extract 500mg to use when sick but haven't been sick in 10 years, so I don't know if effective
• Ashwagandha KSM-66 - 600mg was tried, but anhedonia was too intense to continue
Solgar Formula VM-2000 has tons of micronutrients and is very complex, but I need to calculate if needed
• Modafinil on heavy workload days
• Shower head filter, haven't looked enough into this
• Contemplating this for skincare routine

There's some looksmaxing, but it's mostly softmaxxing and setting a well-being & health baseline for looksmaxing.

As far as I know, you absolutely don't need sunscreen for such a short period of time.
I personally never use sunscreen though.
When I'm at the beach I stay in the shade half the time and still get a tan without sun damage.

You can have 175 surgeries and be trenmaxxed and look like shit without at least these (done properly).
Not even mentioning CONSISTENCY, which is the key to everything.

As far as I know, you absolutely don't need sunscreen for such a short period of time.
I personally never use sunscreen though.

UV degradation on unprotected skin will start destroying collagen instantly, there is no second or minute cutoff.
The damage isn't apparent instantly, it will be visible within 2-4 years:

Most sunscreens are garbage. That I agree with. I just don't think it's a good idea to not wear sunscreen while 'looksmaxing' when it's mentioned as the #1 important thing in any routine (and on top of that - being in sunlight every single morning unprotected)

Unironically, working out and having a non-retard hair and skin routine is 80% of looksmaxxing. The rest is going out and generating exposure to women.

Exposure to women = number one predictor of sexual success if you are above a 4.

I understand where you're coming from.
Although, there are multiple studies that show that if you do certain things the right way, you can reduce the chance of running into any sort of issues whatsoever due to the sun to an astounding zero.

Here are a few things you can do:
Eat cholesterol & saturated fat, get enough Vitamin A, E, and D & lumisterol, drink coffee, completely cut out seed oils, and lower excess estrogen. Two other things would be to get a tan slowly and start early AM, which I'm both doing (only 15 mins, and early in the morning). Sunlight has more protective, healing red / NIR light and lower UV early in the morning or closer to night time. I do all of these except the coffee because it's already in my pre-workout.

i also need to create a daily routine and implement it in my life forever (or at least, indefinitely), but I don't know what I really need, I have some doubts about yours

- how many hours a day do you sleep? i guess u sleep about 8-9h, i need to start sleepmaxing at puberty, but school is limiting me too many things, although I have to sacrifice
- why do you wash your face in the morning? i would say only at night, since you will remove all the natural oils from your face+u want to remove all the dirt and sweat from your skin at the end of the day, that's why i only do it at night and not in the morning; i have been since the beginning of the week and i think i have seen improvements in the quality of my skin and it does not dry out as often - it does not have a weird texture

-i would like to eat about 3-5 eggs along with oranges+meditation before school to maximize brain production and activity, but it is impossible

You may want to check those things:

- ice on your balls before sleeping

- sea salt spray, this guy claim that this is what keep his skin clear


- liver flush
 
_Drop the Omega 3, Garlic, Beta Carotene pills.

_Take the Vitamin D supplement with a nice fatty meal.

_Instead of supplementing Zinc get it from red meat (lamb, mutton, calf, venison) (and oysters if you live near the US coast where they're available), also twice/once a week eat some beef liver (Copper) to balance your dietary Zinc : Copper ratio and also to get some B Vitamins and Vitamin A.

_Drop the preworkout.

_Shampoo and shower gels aren't necessary. I haven't used shampoo in 4 years, only the day I go to the barber I shower with some shampoo. Your scalp will adapt the first 6 months but after that it'll be good, the first weeks/months your scalp will be very oily though, but I think the adaption period is worth it for never having to use shampoo IMO.
I have Godly hair texture, my scalp isn't oily, itchy and I don't have dandruff.

_Get an electric toothbrush and just clean your mouth and teeth with it and water after every brush. So in total you'll swig water like 10 times between brushing different of your mouth like lower and upper teeth, behind your teeth, front teeth, tongue (this is where bad smell comes from), upper palate. Idk how to explain well but I brush my teeth with an electric brush after breakfast and I don't use anything except water to rinse around my mouth (I also clean the head of my brush in-between brushing the different areas of my mouth while swishing with water) and I have 0 smell, good tooth health.

Things I would add:
Beef liver as I said.
Sleep more and wake earlier.
Vitamin K2 MK-4 drops, from 10-45mg per day with a fatty meal (highly recommend this. The supplement I recommend is Thorne Vitamin K2 MK-4 drops without Vitamin D3. This is available on Amazon or eBay.)
Sprinting and general calisthenics.
Cook on either butter, tallow or virgin cold pressed un-hydrogenated coocnut oil (found in health stores or Asian stores) exclusively.
Look into fermentation of food, especially kefir.
See if you have any small local farms near you where you could buy your animal products (milk, meat, eggs) and vegetables.

I'm both doing (only 15 mins, and early in the morning). Sunlight has more protective, healing red / NIR light and lower UV early in the morning or closer to night time.
Occasionally it's healthy to get some midday bare chested sun exposure as well for some Vitamin D. Highest UV-B is between 12:00-13:30.

North Europeans started to be depressed countries when they stopped consuming their traditional diets and also stopped going outside.

I eat raw meat almost every day, beef liver once every 3-4 days and at least 5-8 eggs daily I think it's enough.
And you do literally need more protein
