My IPD fucks me hard if it was 5 mm less i'd become 5 psl plus is orbital box osteotomy the only option cause i heard it's painfulnas fuck and dangerous and costly is there an other percesure that can make the eyes closer ?

Question even if you had the money how would you get it modified lefort 3 is possible as apperntly sinn just throws that shit out like it was nothing however the rest is much harder to get especially lefort 4 jfl

74 mm but i have a huge skull and i am 6'4 so i
think reducing it by 5mm would make me actually gl

No one will perform a Box Osteotomy on u, its expensive like 100k+ and probably no one will make it for u. Fix the rest.

The thing is ipd is the only thing that fucks me lol i am gymceling atm and gonna start roidceling soon to get the perfect body i jave the height and my frame is ecellent (wide shoulders narrow waste) and taking care of my hair skin eyebrows etc

I saw your pic, your low third is narrow.
You can decrease the ES Ratio with Zygomatic fillers, add half centimenter in each side of the Zygo.

OP are you sure your IPD is too wide for you? I have 68 IPD and was looking into OBO to get it to 72-74.
If you can PM me pics, I will share with you the name of the surgeon who I’ve spoken with that performs the procedure cosmetically. He’s done one of the highest number of Lefort IIIs in history, so he has plenty of experience in these kinds of invasive surgeries most surgeons would scoff at trying to do cosmetically.
I only ask for the face pics because I’m genuinely curious to see if your IPD is in fact undesirable, because if that’s the case I will still do OBO but only to fix my orbital asymmetry and not to increase IPD, don’t want to end up looking bad so yeah, I’d really appreciate it, and I can also help you out if you do in fact need OBO.

better to have an ipd on the higher side, then lower. Low ipd is way worse
