Low reps no matter the diet. If you’re doing lots of reps, it’s cuz the weight’s too light (progressive overload is a must for muscle). Just change the frequency, but never the volume.

I can bench 115lb (52kg) 3 sets (10x3)

My maintenance calorie intake says 2928 cal, but I'm pretty sure I'm not eating more than 1500~2000 cal

how do I cut?

I ain’t an expert, but I’ll tell u what I’d do. Depending on ur bf%, I’d go for maintenance with carb cycles so I can drop bf without needing a full cut.Ideally, u should lower calories little by little in a cut, but u might've hit a plateau (if u were on a diet) For training, go low volume I can explain more if u want. And try adding some HIIT cardio

by low volume, you mean either reduce weight or the number of repetitions?

Ur in a full deficit. Example: u drop 50 kcal per week till u hit a 500 deficit and hold it there. (My English sucks lol)
