Cut or Bulk

Im 16 rn, turning 17 in a few weeks. 6'1 at 75kg, maybe around 20 - 25 percent bodyfat but its primarily stored around my chest and stomach. Would going on a aggressive caloric deficit be a good idea or would it stunt my growth? For reference my parents are 5'10 and 5'6. Or do I bulk, in the proccess getting fatter but at the chance that I get slightly taller and get more muscle. I already look alright in clothing, not fat but not skinny either

just cut a lil bit not a lot and go 2 gym

no physique no care
 
if u workout just go in a small deficit to get leaner overtime
 
energy deficits don't stunt you unless excessively prolonged, and you're 16 so your prime growth years are over

recomp, essentially you cut (not aggressively) 300-500kcal deficit from your maintenance, increase water intake to 2-3ltrs, maintain sufficient micronutrient intake (this will ensure your growth, if any left, wont stunt) have your 3-4 meals per day, protein rich in a 2.4g per kg ratio to retain muscle mass, train hard + LIIT cardio, this will ensure you decrease your bf% and you temporarily lose the weight and will see a decrease on the scale however once you get to a low enough bf% within the ideal sub15% bf you can start to put on weight watching closely the amount of fat you consume limiting fried and overly processed slop, also keep in mind yout maintenance will change month to month

ostarine asap, eat low fat, only eat carbs as a pre-work out, work out at the gym with weights, avoid sugar. Train hard and dial in eating 150g+ protein everyday, with ostarine in 2 months u will be different person

holy this is amazing
all with like fuck all sides too, just pop enclo after ur cycle and take a 8 week break after ur 8 week cycle. Fucking insane shit. First 2 weeks put on 1kg of weight, and dropped bf % so probably like 1.3kg of muscle. Got 6 more weeks and the effects get better to the end of the cycle, I hope to work my way up to 136lbs by end of the 2 months, my start was 125lbs.
