Im 16 rn, turning 17 in a few weeks. 6'1 at 75kg, maybe around 20 - 25 percent bodyfat but its primarily stored around my chest and stomach. Would going on a aggressive caloric deficit be a good idea or would it stunt my growth? For reference my parents are 5'10 and 5'6. Or do I bulk, in the proccess getting fatter but at the chance that I get slightly taller and get more muscle. I already look alright in clothing, not fat but not skinny either
