After some 20 days wait, it finally arrived.
I wore the extender for two hours, with as much traction as possible without getting painful. One hour to one side, and switched when it got a little uncomfortable.
Wearing the belt on the leg made for too much variation in traction when I have to move around, but it works great when wearing on the waist, more stealth, too.
The instruction manual said to put the medical tape on the tip to avoid fluid buildup, but my foreskin and on the head where I didn't tape still ended up with edema. (think those saline injection freaks)
The reason for this might have been because I was afraid of it slipping off (grower) and I ended up sucking out too much air.
If you are afraid the vacuum might not hold up well, let me tell you I actually had difficulty getting it off to the point I was already thinking of the embarrassment of having to go the hospital because of a penis extender.
