Ive heard potassium and water are good for debloating. Also minimizing sodium intake.

  • How much water should I be drinking?
  • How much potassium do I need?
    • Should I take potassium chloride or potassium citrate?
  • What should limit my sodium to?
  • What should i limit my carbs to? I'm bulking with 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein rn.

water should be 3-4 litres a day, maintain a 3:1 ratio of potassium to sodium, both postassium chloride and citrate are fine chloride just doesnt taste that good, limit sodium to around 1000-1500mg per day. dont be too conerned about carbs just make sure you do your cardio

Imagine a guy that doesn't exercises at all drinking 3 liters of water
 
Sprinting, drinking 3-5l of water, no salt, 3:1 ratio of potassium to sodium, dont eat too much carbs 75 at most. 1300-1600kcal a day should be okay.

Sunday- little to no water
Monday- 1 gallon
Tuesday- 1 Gallon
Wednesday- 2 gallons
Thursday- 1 Gallon
Friday- 1 Gallon
Saturday- 2 Gallons

how would this work? Sunday would be so bad for you health wise
