Rn I just turned 15 like last week so idk if it’s baby fat but I’ve been trying to debloat it’s but I’m still a lil bloated like I can grip my face and feel thick excess skin. I play sports, drink water and take potassium and I try to have a 3:1 sodium to potassium intake but it’s hard sometimes because I am bulking is there anything I can do rn
 
don't do a calorit deficit if you'r young.
 
“debloating” just lower your body fat down lol
 
idk if baby fat is cope but I am 13 so that might be the reason but I am a underweight person and have a lot of muscle so I am very lean but still am a little bloated
