Deep voice - How to get a deep voice

My vocal pitch is nice, around 90hz. BUT, my vocal projection/resonance/power is below average. If I'm narrating a video it sounds fine but if I talk to actual people they can't even hear my voice. How to get bigger booming louder voice? Also how to deepen more.

sing in a choir and become a okstavist like the oktavists in russia. having said that, voice is genetic.
therefore no matter how hard you train you will likely not become as deep as a russian oktavist
