Diary of a Fat Nigga PT3: The final binge

It’s New Year’s Day, I had breakfast and lunch as normal. My hunger was not satisfied, an hour later I ordered dominos. I made sure to get my money’s worth JFL. I had already fallen back into bad habits due to the Christmas parties I attended and I was walking less due to poor weather. So my weight was climbing up again.

All this to myself, what a chud. Plus, I had dinner too later that day. It’s funny looking back now, but at that moment the dread and guilt knowing that I was killing myself slowly with the bingeing. I was closing in on 400lbs fast and it was hurting to walk again.

After dinner I decided there and then it was time for change. I went into my savings and bought reta. It was time to lock in.

29 weeks later reta has resolved my issues with food. There is also the bonus benefit that it has reduced the chronic swelling in my right leg.

I’m still a fat fuck though, but know I can see the frame and the jaw that has been hidden under all this lard. The next couple months in the gym are going to be fun, the changes are coming in quick now.
