Did this guy PFL get longer after almond eye surgery with Dr. Taban

If you look at the surgery when his eyes are closed it looks like his eyelids got longer. Does a longer eyelid mean an increase in PFL length? Or is the illusion of a longer PFL

This is almond surgery result. No his PFL didnt get longer by any meaning. He just fixed his dropping lower eyelid so his eyes are vertically narrower so naturally it looks like they are hortizontally wider.
