Do dolichocephalic skulls actually have a shorter midface?

This would make sense given the ESR is the same. The wider the ipd, the longer the midface will be to keep the ratio. Since a dolichocephalic skull is narrower, so will the ipd and so will the midface be shorter. I noticed that people with a narrow and long cranium don't actually have long midface, but a longer lower third.

facial index isn't really correlated with Cephalic index
Leptoprosops usually have long mid faces eg horner africans

You can be brachy but have long midface, vice versa for dolicho.
