Do I definately have to take inframalar implants out if I get bimax later?

I'm pretty sure I'll get infraorbital or inframalar implants this year.

This is the only surgery I feel I really need.

But if I feel in a year or 2 it is not enough and I want to get bimax...

Do I definately have to take those implants out, or can I leave them in?

This is the thing that's bugging me and making me consider going for bimax now..

But I don't think it's a good reason to get bimax done

I am no professional I dont think I can answer this just get bimax if your jaw is really recessed

full facial reconstruction or death in 2022
The days where we could get away with just one surgery just to disguise our biggest failo are over
Get Chadlite or die trying

Infraorbital malar implants stay with you for life.

You can do them at the same time as the bimax to keep costs/surgical stress down.

They go through the same incision as the lefort 1 (through the upper gum incision)

Oh yeah I remember hearing it is virtually impossible to remove malar implants.

I just wonder If I do decide to get bimax in a year (I'm only convinced on implants now), will the appearance of the implants be affected by the bimax

You could balance this with 'What surgeries would make you more NT'.

For me, I think I would be happy with just getting implants. It would give me enough of a psl boost and then I'd be able to move onto other things.

If face changes drastically from bimax, it could mess with my head...always checking if it looks better, have I lost my harmony etc.

edit nvm misread post

Aesthetically.... maybe, because the maxilla moves forward. People like to augment midface after bimax for this reason.

However, it won't cause any problems for the surgery.

Hmm....
fuck, my nasolaibal folds are getting worse every month

might have to do it all

Are the Malar implants to help with folds? Cause bimax helps too

that's what i'm saying

I wasn't gonna get bimax but with my folds, I might have to get it soon

If implants are gonna be affected if I get bimax a year after, I might have to do the whole thing this year

Also do you have a ceph? You might have a unique issue that bimax doesn't necessarily help that much, upper maxillary deficit or under project nasal aperture. It can be better helped with custom paranasal implants.

I had custom infraorbital and wraparound jaw/chin implants two years ago. I recently had a bimax and genio, so the wraparound had to be taken out. I thought the infraorbital implants/my under eye areas would still be ok. But I was wrong, so I just placed my deposit for another custom infraorbital implant surgery with Dr. E. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Do Bimax first or do it with infraorbital at the same time.
