not really, as long as you take a quick walk or have some sort of cardio.
i usually walk to the shops to get my groceries daily. like i decide what i want then go and buy it from shops. so usually end up walking a good 30-40 mins just from that. started doing that to get my step count up jfl

carnivore is bad and makes u depleted no carb=less size,strength but u wont be bloated and its hard to gain weight cuz even if you cross your maintance with purely protein you can still lose fat there was a study but i forgot but counting them wouldnt hurt if there is a chance you might cross your maintenance by a lot

i agree makes you lift less in gym. but i feel good on the diet, i feel the same all day. and feel more satiated than when i eat carb.

ur saying u don’t need to track cos even if you go slightly above maintenance study’s show u still lose fat?

carbs make you sluggish unless fruit n honey,i know its protein and fat,look at TNFs tiktok study might be there

I eat like 3200kcal when I'm eating only meat/eggs no carbs and I don't gain weignt

i’ve heard people on here say that they eat 2000 or something w carbs and didn’t manage to lose fat, then did 3000 of no carb and lost fat.

this the case for you?
did you try for long cos it would just be initially water weight drop.

somehow i even enjoy this diet. just steaks eggs.

is chicken cheating on it cos i consume it some times. got no carbs so i think not but idk. i eat basically any meat that has 0 carb

tf chicken is very good and cheap.
ur not going to die off of 1 gram keep it under 10 grams carb

do u supplement anything?
i dont reccomend it cuz its utter cope.
i get enough b12 from cows blood.
cows blood has jampacked with iron b12
and also protein

100ml has 20 grams protein.
tastes good with pancakes.
1 litre for 4 bucks thats 200grams protein.
(only eat 100ml cuz the iron is mogger asf)

and i only supplement spirulina seaweed, 60% protein, high in all plant vitamins which mimics eating cow guts.
can grow too lessening the toxins.

mushrooms. i suppose lionsmane can be considered supplement but just grow that shit.

all other cope supplements my mom buys, like b12, whatever the fuck
beta carotene and lycopene for skin.
