Well, many girls were happy to come to my parents' home when I was 15-20 yo.
Never had any complaints.
Women will do anything to meet you when and where you want if they like you.
i dont want girls to come over to my house with paper thin walls, I’m uncomortable with that.

Test only mogs tbh. I’m in the second week of my 500mg/w cycle and my arms literally increased an inch already. Plus, my facial hair grows faster and thicker.

You should get on TRT if your 40, it will make you feel like a 20 year old.
I'm not 40 yet, 30s cel, but start first with the occasional microdose longjack (tongkat ali) for free T and dopamine, as well as creatine for DHT if not already on

Be careful with creatine as oldcels will be reaching the age where prostate becomes an issue, not to mention hair

i prefer to stay natty 4 life. But before I hopp on, I would only do so after having been tested on T-levels.
i don't really feel worse, than when I was 20, actually.

The reasons you train and especially your mindset (lazy? not being patient?) will lead to different results.
If you want to fight ageing, it is mandatory to train very regularly but with 50/70% of your max rep.... and always the same muscle groups in each session... so a full body workout. Believe me. Take a 1/2 week rest every 4/6 weeks.

Once again, there is no long term benefit to lifting too heavy. NONE.

Now, women like muscles but very few will enjoy huge muscles. Plus being 12%-15% is very easy, even at my age.
So, there is no need to take crap or lift heavy. It's a loss every fucking time and you will pay the price later.
When you see the SARMS disaster, it's really a heartbreaker.
